FULLY PREPARED ENTREES
This year, we’re offering fully prepared entrees that you can pick up hot and ready to serve! We’ll be sampling each entrée this Saturday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Please place your order before 11:00 am, Monday December 20th in order to guarantee delivery for Christmas Eve or before. This year we will offer the following entrees:

Seasoned Round Roast
Round roast is extremely lean but is very flavorful when seasoned correctly and extremely tender when cooked slowly with moist heat. These Fischer Farms roasts are all-natural, grass fed and corn finished with no added hormones, anti-biotics, coloring or preservatives.

Fully prepared, seasoned round roast: $7.00 per lb.
Netted and seasoned with our special meat rub, slow-cooked and served hot with horseradish cream sauce and au jus.

Unprepared round roast: $5.25 per lb.

Boar’s Head Honey Glazed Ham
Boar’s Head 1/2 ham slow cooked in our kitchen with Boar’s Head’s own special glaze. Please specify if you would like your ham sliced or left whole.

Fully prepared glazed and sliced ham $7.00 per lb.
Fully cooked, glazed, sliced and served hot.

Available Sides:

Mashed Potatoes: $2.50 per lb.

Scratch Beef Gravy: $1.00 per lb.

Glazed Carrots: $3.50 per lb.
