We support local farmers and producers that care for their land, the animals they raise, and the food they grow. Because we deal directly with local family farms, we are able to offer naturally healthy, incredibly fresh quality goods at an exceptional value.
We practice slow food methods that promote “good food” from healthy plants and animals, “clean food” that is grown and harvested using green, environmentally sound practices and “fair food” that provides for the food producers with fair compensation for their work.
We value resources and intend to significantly reduce waste by donating to community kitchens all perishable food that does not meet our exacting freshness standards.
We are focused on providing friendly, personable service which includes a knowledgeable and helpful staff.
